Our Board of Directors
Mr Anuj Bhagwati joined A.T.E. in 1994. He is a B.S. (Engineering Physics) and M.S. (Applied Physics)
from Cornell University, USA. Anuj has been instrumental in transforming A.T.E. into a modern and
technology oriented group and its further diversification into clean tech.
Mr Georg Huber joined HUBER in 2001 after his degree in business administration from the Anglia
Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK. He gathered experience in the sales department, helping develop the
Latin American market for the company. In 2006, he became head of the financial department, He joined
the board of directors in 2008. Since 2010, he has served as CEO of the company.
Mr Franz Heindl joined HUBER after completing his degree as mechanical engineer at the University of
Applied Sciences, Regensburg, Germany, in 1995. He is in charge of all sales activities of HUBER in
international markets. Additionally he is a Board Member for the HUBER subsidiaries in Asia-Pacific and
Russia.

Dr Vivek K Soni, an IIT graduate with a doctorate in polymer science from the University of
Massachusetts, has held senior positions as a corporate & technology strategist in companies like
the Aditya Birla Group in India, and the Polaroid Corporation and Shell Development Company in the
US.
Mr Nikesh Jain, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has over
25 years of experience across various functions including corporate accounts, business planning,
investor relations, IPR, legal and commercial, administration, and IT. He joined A.T.E. in July 2007
and is responsible for group finances, projects, joint ventures, and general management of the
group.
Mr Bhushan Zarapkar, an Environmental Engineer, founded his own environmental firm (Alps
Environmental Technologies, subsequently known as A.T.E. Envirotech) in the year 2000 after a
decade of experience as an environmental engineer. Under his guidance, the firm has executed
more than 300 projects in India and across the globe and thus built up extensive experience in the
field of wastewater treatment. Bhushan also did his Executive MBA from IIT Bombay and
Washington University in St. Louis, USA.
