Send your submissions by email to: _____________________

or deliver to the Communications & Web Services, address inserted. No
phone photographs will be accepted; if mailing, hard copy photos must be
labeled with owner’s name, and will be returned within two weeks after
campus exhibit.

CAMPUS PHOTO WALKS & EXHIBIT

Conduct weekly campus photo walks.
Exhibit photos online in slide show, in addition to displaying works at
various campus locales.

MEMORABLE MOMENTS
Collect current and past students’ memorable moments to share online on
anniversary page.

ALUMNUS ART EXHIBIT

Invite alumnus to exhibit art for a month-long show. Host a meet the artist
event/ mini-demos for students/community.

ONE-SCENE ACTS
Invite theater student/local actors to work with current/alumni film/video
students to produce short scenes for a night of video/film​. ​Can produce
video of productions end with comments by participants on value of degree
programs.

FAB 60’s FEST

Sixties dress, music, food and fads of the 60’s on campus activities &
exhibits. See attachment.

WE CAN DO IT
Campus Canned Food Drive to Benefit Community
OC COMMUNITY GIVING DAY
Campus donates a day to volunteer in community, creating multiple giving
projects to benefit the residents of Bremerton in thanks for the years of
community support.

Could also run an online 24-hour Giving Day campaign for local non-profits
in community and the College Foundation.

TEDX TALK: HOLO LENS & FUTURE OF AUGMENTED REALITY

Present a TedX talk on current developments of Holo Lens technology,
augmented reality technology, future uses, and impact on society.

FUNDRAISER LUNCHEON & COOKING COMPETITION:

Ask 10 local restaurants to make soups to donate for event. Sell limited
number of tickets. Ceramics class can make soup bowls for the meal.
Participants receive one soup bowl and 10 samplings of soup, then vote for
best soup. Auction can also be held with photography, ceramics, painting,
& donated gift baskets from community. Funds raised benefit the OC
Foundation or Local Food Bank.

TEST YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF OC TRIVIA – Online Quiz ​Go back, way

back and test your knowledge of the College — the people, the places, and
the things that make up our history.
OR:
ANNUAL TRIVIA TOURNAMENT​ Join us for the Annual Trivia
Tournament . ​Students vs. employees.​ Register your
three-or-four-person team in advance at the Communications & Web
Services and prepare to test your knowledge of trivia from the decades.

SEND A “GOT INTO OC” or “OC Graduate” E-CARD

Send a free e-card to that special someone to celebrate. Could use photos
from Photo Walks, crediting photographers (campus & community).

SHOW YOUR SPIRIT ON THE ROAD WITH OC LICENSE PLATE (OR

HOLDER)
Be one of the drivers to support the Alumni Association scholarship
endowments by purchasing a plate. Or could simply sell a commemorative
license plate holder in campus bookstore.

TIME CAPSULE:
Submit ideas online for a OC time capsule to be unearthed at our 100th
anniversary. Come to the ceremony to see what will be buried/locked away
in the capsule.

PJ’S WITH SANTA

Share in an evening of holiday cheer with dinner, dessert, storytelling and a
special appearance by Santa himself. Open to the public. $3/kids
$4/adults

OC COLLEGE FAMILY MOVIE SERIES

Escape for a night with your family and friends on campus and in the
community with a series of films. Free admission and popcorn.

BACK TO THE FUTURE CAR SHOW

As you tour the campus, see cars from the past eras from the 40’s and
onwards along with today’s innovations …electric .
SCULPTURE EXHIBIT
Invite student & local artists to submit outdoor sculptures. Committee
selects 6 to 10 for installation around campus for a set period. Invite
campus and community to vote for favorite 1, 2, or 3, to be purchased for
permanent installation on campus.
