ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA TN. W POST OPERASI HERNIA

INGUINALIS LATERALIS HARI KE-1 DI RUANG PERABU 3
SILIWANGI RSD GUNUNG JATI KOTA CIREBON TAHUN 2018

Hernia adalah penonjolan sebuah organ, jaringan atau struktur melewati

dinding rongga yang secara normal memang berisi bagian- bagian tersebut. (1)
Komplikasi operasi yang meliputi terjadinya infeksi luka operasi, oedema
skrotum dan hematom serta kemungkinan terjadinya kekambuhan tidak begitu
berbeda bila dibandingkan dengan penggunaan general anestesi.
Tujuan Umum : setelah melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan
post operasi Hernia penulis dapat menerapkan asuhan keperawatan secara
komprehensif dan sesuai standar asuhan keperawatan yang berlaku.
Pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan pada Tn. W Post Operasi Hernia Inguinalis
Lateralis Hari Ke-1 Di Ruang Perabu 3 Siliwangi Rsd Gunung Jati Kota Cirebon
Tahun 2018. Keluhan utama : Klien mengeluh nyeri pada luka post op. Diagnosa
keperawatan : gangguan rasa nyaman nyeri, Intoleransi aktivitas berhubungan dan
resiko tinggi infeksi berhubungan. Tindakan keperawatan : Membantu ajarkan
pasien tekhnik relaksasi dan dextrasi nafas dalam untuk mengurangi nyeri saat nyeri
muncul.
Berdasarkan asuhan keperawatan yang sudah diberikan pada Tn. W dengan
gangguan post op hernia inguinalis mengatakan nyeri pada daerah selangkangan
sudah berkurang.

A hernia is a protrusion of an organ, tissue or structure through a wall of a cavity

that normally contains these parts. (1)
Complications of surgery that include the occurrence of surgical wound infections,
scrotum oedema and hematoma and the possibility of recurrence is not so different
when compared with the general use of anesthesia.
General Purpose: After performing nursing care in patients with post operative
Hernia the author can apply comprehensive nursing care and appropriate
applicable nursing care standards.
Implementation of nursing care on Tn. W Post Hernia Inguinalis Lateralis
Operation Day 1 In Room Perabu 3 Siliwangi Rsd Gunung Jati City Cirebon Year
2018. Main complaint: Client complains of pain in post op wound. Nursing
diagnoses: painful discomfort, intolerance of related activity and high risk of
infection related. Nursing actions: Helps teach patients relaxation techniques and
deep breathing dextration to reduce pain when pain develops.
Based on nursing care that has been given to Mr. W with post-hernia inguinal
disorder said pain in the groin area has been reduced.
