I choose Scientific management because the goal of this principle is to improve the productivity

of people at work and also they used the concept of time study to analyzed the motions and tasks

required in any job and develop the most efficient ways to perform. And this principles

requirements to both training for the workers and support from the supervisors in the form of

proper direction, work assistance, and monetary incentives and also they have guiding action

principles to helped workers to develop their skills.

Develop for every job a science that includes rules of motions standardized work implements,

and proper working condition.

They carefully select workers with the right abilities for job

They carefully train workers to do job and give them the proper incentive to cooperate the job.

Support by carefully planning their work and smoothing the way as they go about their jobs.

The scenario

I relate the Scientific management in my work in Food Factory, He carefully select the workers

with the right abilities for job, and every has new workers he train his workers what they have to

do, and always he support his workers by carefully planning their work and smoothing the way

as they go about their jobs like in making bread he always their to teach and support his workers

until the works are done and deliver the finish product to the costumer.
