Re : First Aider Training - Kemenaker

Dear Bpk/Ibu…..,

In regards to the regulation of Permenaker No.15 Tahun 2008 related to First Aider in Workplace that
workplace that employ more than 100 people must have minimum 1 First Aider. (regulation attached

Therefore, we have arranged with International SOS, a certified body from the authority in providing such
training, to provide a training session especially for our managed buildings.

The price for this training is IDR 3.200.000, - excluding PPN, (The special price only for Cushman & Wakefield
Indonesia, If you check the public training the price is IDR 5.000.000,- exclude PPN) ,that cover:
 Training by certified trainer
 3 (five) days training & hardcopy of training material
 1x Lunch and 2x snacks
 Certificate from International SOS & KEMENAKER (Kementrian Tenaga Kerja RI)
 Training Kit

Please be informed that the training will take place if we have gained a total of 10 participants. This training
will be held on 23th – 25th April (to be confirmed). In the meantime, if you are interested to participate in the
