Hi,
With reference to your interview dated 19/10/2016 we are pleased to appoint you as a
‘Senior Manager- Production & Merchandising’ for our operations in Mumbai W.E.F
20th October 2016 on the following terms and conditions:
1- Your will be working 9 hours a day from 10am to 7pm, which includes a lunch
break of half an hour & 2 tea breaks of 15 minutes each.
2- You will receive a salary of Rs. 38,000 per month till December, 2016, along
with any possible bonuses.
3- Depending on the performance, your salary will be revised from 1st
January’2017
4- 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month will be a non-working day.
5- You will be on a probation period of 6 months during which you will not be
entitled to any leaves apart from the public and bank holidays.
6- During probation period, you cannot leave the job until and unless mutually
discussed but the company has all the rights to terminate the job.
7- You will be getting a total of 12 days leave in a year i.e. official public
holidays.
8- Apart from the above 12 days, you can take another 15 days leave anytime in a
year but with a 1 month prior leave application.
