CIRCULAR
The First Semester Regular & Improver/ Failure Examination 2019 shall be held with effect from
Thursday 25th April 2019 in all disciplines at various Campuses, Institutes, Departments and
Centres. Following is the detailed Program.

It should be ensured that the above payment is deposited by the students only in the New CMD Account # 00427991823203
The Directors/Chairpersons are requested to prepare examination time table to conduct papers at morning and
evening. It may also be ensured that the subjects (Major/Minor) are correctly mentioned by the candidate in the
examination form. The examination forms are countersigned and stamped by the Director/Chairperson. Further, the
Directors/Chairpersons are advised to ensure that following checks are properly done before forwarding forms to
the Examinations Wing (Semester).
1. All the students of all SU Campuses/ Faculties/ Institutes/ Departments/ Centres are advised to fill and get printout
of their Online Examination Forms by entering the required information at http://exam.usindh.edu.pk
2. The students who will meet the minimum criteria of attendance as required by the University will only be eligible to
get printout their examination forms for to appear as regular candidates in this examination.
3. One attested photocopy of student’s admission card is attached with the Examination Form. Photocopy of Marks
Certificate in case of Failure/ Improver candidates and also photocopy of previous Part/Class in case of Regular
Candidates are also attached along with the Examination Forms.
4. Students of Bachelor Part-IV & Master (Pass) Final appearing in Internship/ Research Project/ Master Thesis/
Research Monograph will have to pay Rs.500/- in New CMD Account # 00427991823203. All the PVCs/
Directors/ Chairmen are requested to send list of the students along with photocopy of challans.
5. The original paid copy of Challans (HBL) for the candidates appearing as Improver/Failure is attached with the
Examination Form.
6. The Ex-students who have completed their course of study of their respective Degree Programs with CGPA:2.00 or
above are not eligible to appear in the examination for to improve their Grade(s) as per rule.
7. Vide Resolution No. 06 Dated: 09-08-2007, the candidates appearing Fresh/Regular will not deposit Examinations
fees as it is pegged with the admission fees at the time of admission.
8. In order to facilitate the Improver/ Failure candidates regarding their payment of fees, the HBL has provided facility
to deposit Improver/ Failure Examination Fees at various branches of HBL at Hyderabad, Kotri and Jamshoro cities
as well as at HBL Braches of other cities like Badin, Mirpurkhas, Dadu, Larkana, Thatta, Hala and N. Feroz.
Students of SU Campuses are also advised to deposit their Improver/ Failure Examination Fees in the Examinations
Wing (Semester) New CMD Account # 00427991823203. Challans for payment can be obtained from HBL
Jamshoro OR from concerned Campus/ Institute/ Department.
Note:
In pursuance of Syndicate’s Resolution No.29, in its meeting held on 31-08-2013, all the Faculty
members are requested to please submit their results of Semester Examination to the office of the
undersigned within Fifteen (15) Days after completion of the Examination.

Note:-
The detailed time table of all Major subjects for Morning/ Evening shift will however, be prepared by
Head of the Departments/ Institutes/ Centers.
The duration of Examinations for the candidates appearing as improver/ failure will be 03 hours.
The timing will be adjusted at the departmental level within the examination schedule. Evening
papers scheduled on Friday for Regular candidates will be conducted from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM and
for Improver/Failure candidates will be conducted from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
No outsider is allowed in the Examinations Center during Examination Hours.
Any student without his/ her admit slip will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Centre.
