STI 8127 S.S.I Adhesive contains no asbestos,
Coverage (ASTM C 461) : lead, mercury, or mercury compounds.
1.81 l/m2 (2.85 Kg/m2)
Dried film thickness : 1.0 mm LIMITATIONS

Bonding Time (SSTM-02) : Store between 4°C and 38°C. Protect from freezing
0 to 5 min at 23±2°C, RH 50±5 % until dry.

Service Temperature Limits (SSTM-01) : Since the dry adhesive film is soluble in water, it
(Temperature at coated surface) should not be used where moisture will be
4 °C to 700 °C encountered.

Wet Flammability (ASTM D 3278) : Because of its sodium silicate base, this product is
No flash to boiling (About 100 °C) not recommended for use with glass fiber or other
alkali sensitive insulations.

Primed or painted metal surfaces should be tested

for compatibility. If used between impermeable
surfaces, drying time will be extended.
