PROMISSORY NOTE

__________________ (herein thereafter referred to as “Borrower”) agrees and
promises to pay to FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO
88/100 (P400,952.88) for value received, with interest at the annual rate of 5 %
payable after 20 October 2015

If this note is in default and is placed for collection, the Borrower shall pay all
reasonable costs of collection and attorneys' fees.
