Dear Sunshine P. Cuaresma,

Re: Letter of Demand for Return of Money

It has come to this Company’s knowledge that you have in your possession the
amount of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO 88/100
(P400,952.88) representing the advanced monthly rentals paid by our client, DFE
Cortes. Instead of deposing them, you used them to your personal use without the
consent and advice from this Company. Such act is unacceptable. We also
acknowledge your written apology dated 20 October 2015 wherein you vowed to
coordinate with the Management of this Company to return such money. However,
despite repeated oral and written demands, you failed to fulfill your promise to return it.

This Company hereby DEMANDS that you return an amount equivalent to what
you have stolen.
