AICF Players Registration : It is compulsory for all the participant to complete through
online www.aicf.in for the year 2019-2020.

AOCA Players Registration (Only for ODISHA Players) : It is compulsory for

all the participant of Odisha should be registered for the year 2019-2020.

Tournament Rules:
System of Play: The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE
Swiss System with 09 rounds.

Time Control : 30 minutes with 30 second increment from move no.1

Default Time (Walk Over Time): The default time will be 30 minutes.

Tie Break : In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. The Cash prizes
however will not be shared.

Accommodation : FREE Dormitory Accommodation for 250 Players only will be alloted
from 06:00 A.M. 08 June to 10 June 06:00 P.M. For Hotel accommodation, contact Mr. Parida

Food : Hygienic Vegitarian (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner) will be availiable at venue @ `200/-
(Rupees Two Hundred only) per day per person.

Entries may be sent by Demand Draft in favour of Triple 'C' Chess Club payble at Cuttack.
