Maligayang pagbati mula sa CSMA!

Malugod po naming kayong inaanyayahan na maging bahagi ng sinasagawang pag-

aaral (pinamagatang, Factors Affecting Parents' Decision in Enrolling their
Children to CSMA) ng mag-aaral mula sa senior high school department sa
pamamagitan ng pagsagot sa survey questionnaire na kalakip ng liham na ito. Bago
kumpletuhin ang nasabing survey ay nais naming (researchers) ipabatid na bigyan
pansin kung bakit at para saan ang isasagawang pag-aaral na nakapaloob sa
informed consent na nasa susunod na pahina.

Bilang gampanin sa pagsasakatuparan ng pag-aaral na ito ay magbibigay kami ng

apat na klase ng palatanungan: (1) Factors in choosing child’s school, (2) Proximity
to area of residence, (3) Learning environment, and (4) Quality education and
teachers’ quality.

Kaugnay po ng mga nasabing pangangailangan ay lumalapit po kami sa inyo para

mabigyang katuparan ang pag-aaral na ito. Kung maari po ay ipadala ang inyong
kasagutan sa survey questionnaire sa inyong mga anak mula Miyerkules hanggang
Biyernes.
