Mrs. Lourdes Flores started as an agent last 2011. She has a business
partner in ARC101 ready mix at Pandacan Meycauayan, Bulacan until 2014. On
2015, Mrs. Flores decided to separate of their own, and she started as trader of
cement. She’s buying some aggregates to supply a ready mix concrete to the
clients until 2017. Because of her hard work and with the help of GOD, her
business has grown and it was called ‘MAF 101’.
Mr. Randy Flores and Mr. Vergilio Mejia are incharge in sales marketing,
while Mrs. Lourdes which is the owner is the one who’s handle all their paper
works in accounting. In terms of receipt it is handwritten. They used an old style a
carbon paper to write the orders, and it transfer to the book record.

General Objective
To develop a computerized monitoring receipt System for the MAF101
company in order to increase the efficiency, manageability and the easy way of the
processes in searching the products, payments account and receipt.
Specific Objective
The System must identify the processes involved in monitoring receipt
System specifically to:
 To create a system that categories and manage the customer receipt.
 To create a system that copy the customer receipt and track the sales
of according to the receipt.

To the company
The computerized receipt system would improve the monitoring capacities
of those who is in-charge in the company. It would be easier to determine the detail
and amount of a cement. It will also be found here if when the cement bought, and
when will the cement delivered. Furthermore, the prime pro company would be much
guided, because it is easier to do or to give the receipt that will not be wasted on time.
To the clients
This may help to them, to be able to see the correctly amount or total of
the cement that they order. Without any doubt.
To the proponent
As Computer Engineering students this study will help us to enhance our
skills and knowledge in programming and extend more our boundaries in terms of
programming.
To the future researchers
It will give knowledge and ideas that will help to the researchers to
improve the system that they will create.

This study is focused in the design and development a computer
receipt system for MAF 101. That shall help to change their manual system to
computerized system for faster and easier receipt. The proposed computerized
receipt system covers the major processes in the MAF 101 like searching the record of
receipt, recently added receipt, viewing the detail of receipt. But not only in MAFF101
company also in other cement mixer companies, they can also use this computer
monitoring receipt system to enhance the old style of giving receipt.
The proposed system will be limited on the receipt, the system will only be
based on the receipt and does not have any added feature.

Problem Description
The receipt is manual (Handwritten) by using a receipt pad and ball
pen and one big notebook which one of the problem is hassle to write all the
transaction and checking the record, when the customer bought big volume of cement
which has different types so it took a time to compute all the volume that has been
ordered and total amount of cement through writing. It also hard to find a record
when come to of inventory, because all receipt are not organized by their date and
time.

Anticipated business
This system will not only benefit the accounting department but also the
whole department of the company including the user and the admin. They can assure
now the security of all data transaction and records are safe.
The admin can view all the data record that has been saved and check or
add transaction, it can also edit the transaction, meaning to say the admin can access
to all function feature of the system including updating the database.
In terms of hardware the solution of the proponents is compatible to the
computer. It is the easy way to admin and user to monitor the traction in easy way
without hassle.
The proponents design and create the exact solution in manual system and
can properly run it to a compatible operating system so it can able use as a system of
the company.

Project Evaluation
Our Computerized Monitoring Receipt System has two types of login user,
First he admin it has access to all the function feature of system including
updating database and it also a security login. Second the user has limited
access to the system.
The proponents asked in the interview to the MAF101. Interview contains
some question about where the problem start and how their manual system
work.

Risk analysis
The manually receipt system was a main problem in their company
because it’s took a long process to record information about the product and
the client for monitoring all record of the receipt. It’s has also having a problem
of computing the price of the cement volume. So the owner having a hard time
to record and organized all the transactions at the same time it’s not secure
because of using a manual system.

Econamic Feasibility
According to Development of Application based Health Monitoring
System using GSM module base on their studies the system will be
economically feasible if it is cost efficient along with its accuracy. Our system is
cost efficient because of the tools that we used to build it. The device cost is
very low which is efficient for a developing country. It will benefit smaller
company who can’t afford expensive for their health monitoring and reduced
health problem because most of causes of health problem and death are
unaware for their health because not all people can afford hospital bill or
checkup bill for their health.
According to computerized monitoring receipt ,the time and effort for making
a record of transaction for client will reduced which cause a reduced amount
of time to consume to the company. They don’t need to hire many encoder
who record their information and transaction of a client which result a small
increase of income for company.

The Operational Feasibility of our computerized monitoring receipt
system relates on how will help the company to solve the problem and upgrade
their manual system to computerized system.
The proponents made a computerized monitoring receipt system that
automatic compute the total and save the data of all transaction so the user save
time and can do most work without hassle.

The system documentation is needed to know how to use the MAF101 Receipt
System, without it the user will having trouble how to use the system. Our system has to two
types of login user, the admin and the user. The system feature security login that if the user
has attempted three times for entering wrong password or user the system will notify you
“Attempt Exceed” then it will automatically close the system. The admin has access to to all
function and feature of system including updating database while the user has limited access
to system like can’t view files. It has fill up form for Customer’s Name, Customer’s Number
and Address. It has Order Date, Order Time Reference Code that will automatically appear if
you press the Compute button The system has Design Mix which has different types of
cement. It has Volume for how many volumes that has been ordered. It has Unit and total
price that will appear if you press the compute button. It also has reset button that will clear
all information that you entered earlier. It has print function for printing the receipt. It has
logout button for logout the user or admin

Conclusion
The proponents developed a system which is important thing that will help to a
company. Like for the user they can list down and save all the orders easily. And for the admin
this may help to check and update the orders. Specially they can monitor all the transactions.
It is better to them to understand and be able to practice and develop the system, to create
new or more. As the proponents conclude that the system functions are done in all the
transactions. And the system will be useful in distributing information and will surely help the
admin or the owner in monitoring their sales, anytime without any worries.
