EE123N Grading System

1. Lecture: 70 %
(Exams – 70%; Quizzes/Seatwork/Assignments – 30%)
2. Laboratory: 30 %
________________
TOTAL - 100%
Note: Mastery level adapted by the College is 60%.
Class Policies
1. Refrain from using cellphones during the class.
2. Nobody should miss any major exams. A special exam will
be given if and only if:
a. A written notification of AT LEAST a day ahead of the
scheduled exam is given.
b. Supporting documents (medical certificate AND/OR written
explanation signed by the guardian, with attached evidence(s)
) are submitted if there is NO prior notification (a).
3. Removal exam: In the event that less than 75% of the
class passed the course, then a REMOVAL EXAM will be
given (but only to students whose total % is between 50%
to 60%). Less than 50% means a grade of 5.0.
