FUNCTION

• Aorta, The aorta is the largest artery in the human body. Sourced from the left ventricle
of the heart and carries oxygenated blood to all body parts in systemic circulation.

• Superior Vena Cava, To carry and spend deoxygenated blood from the whole body to the
right atrium of the heart.

• Right Atrium, As temporary strorage space so that blood can be available for the right
ventricle.

• Right Ventricle, Which pumps blood to the pulmo through pulmonary valvular and is
channeled to the pulmo by the normal pulmonary artery killer.

• Inferior Vena Cava, Is a blood vessel that receives blood from the body and the second
leg. The blood carried by this type of blood vessel contains a lot of CO2

• Pulmonary Trunk, Drain dirty blood from the heart to the lungs.

• Left Atrium, the heart chamber that receives rich blood from pulmo through the sinister
pulmonary vein and this blood is then channeled to the ventricle through the valvula
bicuspidalis.

• Pulmonary Veins, Is to transport oxygen-rich blood to the heart.

• Left Ventricle, Because greater blood pressure is needed to pump blood through the
pulmo-pulmo circulation, the left ventricle is larger and the walls are thicker than the
right ventricle.
