At the end of the 8 hours duty, the student nurse will be able to:
 Head Nurse
 Develop a plan according to the activities of the health care facility.
 Formulate rotation plan as basis of coordination with co-head nurses, staff nurses an other
members of the health team.
 Assign specific task to the staff members of the health team.
 Supervise the performance of the staff nurses.
 Evaluate the overall performance of the staff in accordance to the performance evaluation
tool.
