Christmas tree construction

Step 1 - Column construction

Material preparation:

Construction process:

1. Fix a plate B 7*9 by screwing M4*8 screws through four corner holes of the plate into the threaded
slots of the Beam0824-144.

2. Install the Beam2424 on the plate with M4*8 screws. Pay attention to the hole position.

Step 2 - Branch construction

Construction process:

1. Make the branch 1 as shown in the figure below. Connect the Beam0824-176 with the bracket 3*3, and
fix them with M4*14 screws and nuts.

2. Make the branch 2 as shown in the figure below. Pass an M4*14 screw through a hole on the
Beam0824-096 and screw it into the threaded slot of the Beam0824-144. Pass an M4*22 screw through
another hole on the Beam0824-096 and screw it into the Beam0824-144 with M4 nuts. Make the branch
3. Pass two M4*14 screws through the two longitudinal holes on the Beam0824-112, and screw them into
the threaded holes on the side of the Beam0824-096. Fix this component onto the Beam0824-064 with the
method of making the branch 2.

3. Install the branch 1 at the appropriate height of the Beam2424, and screw M4*8 screws into the
internal threaded slots of the Beam2424.

4. Use four M4*14 screws to install two branches 3 on the Beam2424 in the same way. Pay attention to
the position and direction of the branches 3.

5. Use four M4*14 screws to install two branches 2 with a branch 3 vertically.

Step 3 - Installation of the light emitting system

Construction process:

1. Install a bracket between the branch 1 and branch 2.

2. Install the steering gear driver/RJ25 adapter on the bracket 3*3 installed in the previous step.

3. Use an RJ25 connector to connect the actuator driver/RJ25 and the Me Auriga on the side of the branch 1.

4. Install a power supply with a hook-and-loop fastener under the Me Auriga.

5. Plug the plug of the lamp belt into the steering gear/RJ25 adapter, and then wrap it around the branch.

6. Wrap the lamp belt around the structural connection of the Christmas tree.

2. Use 8 M4*14 screws to connect each end of the Beam0824-144 with a Beam0824-048, and connect
both ends of the Beam0824-144 with the Beam0824-080; pay attention to the hole position.

3. Place the Beam0412-156 on the top of the Beam0824-080; align the holes of the Beam0824-080 and
the Beam0412-156, and then place the Beam0824-096 as shown in the figure. Pass M4*14 screws through
the Beam0824-096 and the Beam0412-156, and then fix them on the side threaded holes on the
Beam0824-080 at the bottom.

4. Follow the operation of the previous step, and place a Beam0412-156 between the threaded hole on
another side of the Beam0824-080 and the Beam0824-096, and then fix them with the M4*14 screws.

screws and M4 nuts. Pay attention to the positions of holes for installing and fixing.

2 holes. Fix the remaining three corners in the same way. Pay attention to the orientation of the threaded
slots.

then fasten them with an M4 nut. Fasten the rear of the MegaPi Pro with another Beam0824 component in
the same way. Keep the two Beam0824 components in the same direction, and then fasten other holes on
the MegaPi Pro.

Construction process:

1. Take the corresponding Beam0824 and use eight M4*14 screws to construct the components as shown
in the figure below.

2. Fasten the motor bracket 25 with M3*8 cross recessed countersunk flat head screws, and keep the motor
socket and the protruding end of the bracket in the opposite direction.

4. Plug in the MegaPi Pro shield and encoder motor driver, and connect them with wires. Install two DC
encoder motor drivers to the port 1 and port 2 respectively, and complete the circuit connection with two
encoder motors. If the forward and backward actions of the car are reversed, switch these two motors with
the connection ports of the MegaPi Pro; connect the gyroscope to the port 6 of the MegaPi Pro.
