Fresh strawberry 960 gm 1. Simmer fresh strawberries in sugar
Sugar syrup 12 cup syrup until soften. Blend and strain.

Granulated sugar 375 gm 1. Preheat oven at 180C.
All purposed flour 190 gm 2. Combine sugar and flour mix.
Melted 3. Combine butter, orange juice and
butter(unsalted) 190 gm zest.
