The aim of this project is to provide education to new hire RN and LPN staff pertaining to the use of the Nursing
Process and documentation standards when performing Telephone Nursing Practice (triage) at Dartmouth-
Hitchcock.

This will be a blended training to include video, reading, classroom training sessions.
