Objective:

First Year:

 Education is a top priority and for this purpose, graduating with an MBA degree in
Human Resource Management is of a key objective.
 It is very important to develop healthy habits and for this purpose I would like to take
care of my overall health both physically and mentally and focusing on getting stronger.

Strategy:

 To be able to graduate with an MBA dergree it is important for me to satisfy all the
conditions that are required in completion for the degree.It is mandatory to enroll in all
the courses that are being offered in an MBA program.It is compulsory to attend all the
classes and complete all the assignments and projects that are a part of the degree.The
examinations requirement also plays a part and for this purpose I have to satisfy the
university’s requirement by taking the exam and scoring 60% in every course .I would
also have to complete a thesis as a part of requirement for the degree.All in all these
strategies will help me in fulfilment and bring me to the end in achieving my MBA
degree.
 In today’s era where health related issues are prevalent it is very important to develop
healthy habits and focus on one’s overall health.For achieving this I would have to adapt
to a healthy lifestyle.By adapting to this lifestyle it would be important on my part to cut
down all the processed and unhealthy foods and consume whole foods.Excersing is a
major part of being healthy and it would be important in my part to make exercise a daily
routine which would not only help me in getting healthy physically but would also aid
in my mental health.This lifestyle would help me in taking care of my overall health and
well being.

Objective:

Second Year:

Search for an entry level job or work as an internee in a well reputable oraganization that will
help me in gaining knowledge and experience regarding Human Resource Management.

Strategy:

It is of upmost important for me to look for a job or internship that will help me in gaining
exposure.Soon after graduating I would start applying in organizations for jobs or I would apply
to their internship programs.I could also join an organization’s training program which could be
a great learning experience and could be helpful in the future .Working in an organization will
help me in gaining experience and it would be a learning opportunity for me to have an
understanding of how the department of human resource management works.This whole
experience could help me prepare for the situations that a human resource manager has to tackle
in future.

Objective:

Third Year:

 To enroll myself in a course related to my field that will help me and keep me updated
with the changes in the field of human resource management and would help me advance
in my career.
 To be a part of an NGO that helps unprivileged children by providing them education
which would impact positively upon their lives.Also to be able to work with NGOs or
institution that work towards in lowering down the rates of malnourishment by
conducting food drives.
 By this year I would very much like to get married and provide me with stability and
security in my personal life.

Strategy:

 It is important to be well aware of the advancements in one’s field.For this purpose I

would like to enroll myself in a course that would be related to human resource
management.I would look up the institutions and the courses being offered.I would
enroll myself in a course that would enhance my competency and would provide me with
greater career opportunities and advancements .All this learning will help me secure a
position in a organization and would pave the path for future career advancements.
 As with the changing environment,social problems are increasing day by day.For
achieving human objectives I would very much like to be a part of an NGO that help
people in whichever way possible.Iam more inclined towards helping children who for
whichever resaon are not able to get an education so for this reason I would align myself
with an NGO that mainly focuses on children and their education because I believe that
getting an education is every one’s right and everyone should have get a minimum level
of education that would help them in the future.

With the changing world the rate of malnourishment is increasing.My other human objective
that I would like to achieve is to work against in reducing the malnourishment rate .I would
look for NGOs that focuses on achieving this objective and would work with them in
accomplishing this objective.We could conduct food drives or distribute food to the needy so
that they dont starve themselves to death.By doing this I might successfully achieve my
human objective of bringing down the molnourishment rate and would contribute for the
betterment of the society.
  Getting married is also a priority.So by this year I would like to settle down.Marriage is
deemed as an important institution which has been given due priority It gives us a sense
of security.Marriage creates a bond between two people which give them a sense of
calmness. For all the above resasons marriage is also important to me as I look for all of
it in a relationship and firmly believes in this institution.

Objective:

Fourth Year:

 To work as an HR manager in a well reputed organization.

 To be able to buy myself a house.

Strategy:

 Having a career and making a mark for myself is a very important objective.With the
utilization of all the previous years of experience and learning I would like to secure
myself with an HR Manager’s position.I would try to clear all the tests or examinations
that would require of me to reach that position.I would get myself enroll in a training
program that would provide me with career opportunities as an HR manager and would
enhance my competency as the manager.All of this would help me in gaining the
knowledge and would provide me a better sense of understanding about the role and
responsibilities of an HR manager.
 By the fourth year I would very much like to buy a house for myself.The first thing that I
would do is thorough research.Market research helps as it will tell me the prices of the
houses in a particular area and would help in narrowing down the real estate listings.In
buying up a property it is important to have an estimation amount or finances that would
be helpful to determine what you are looking for .I would hire real estate agent who
couldgive me the list of all the houses and would help me in getting a house in my
budget.I could also get a housing loan that would help me in getting a house for myself.

Objective:

Fifth Year:

 To enroll myself in a baking and a hotel management course which would provide me
with appopriate learning regarding baking and hotel management.
 My long term objective is to open a resturant

Strategy:

 As I wanted to open my own restuart a baking and a hotel management course will give
me an insight regarding this and would be very helpful for me when I would plan to open
 my business.I would start by looking at the institutions offereing these courses and would
enroll myself in these courses.These courses will provide me with thorough knowledge
and would enable me to use these skills in future.This would also provide me with utmost
training and develop my skills and ability regarding hotel management and would prepare
me on how to deal with situations that would be require from my side in the future.
 My long term objective is to open a resturant.For achieving this objective finances or
people ready to invest in it plays a part.I would start by looking for finances or people
who are ready to invest in my resturant business.I would then search for a suitable
location to open the resturant.Finding an appopriate location will require for me to
consider some factors in mind such as near by similar businesses that would pose as a
threat,I would have to inquire about any future development such as buildings or
anything that could affect the business.The layout or design of the resturant is also very
important as it helps in attracting customers.The next I would have to develop a menu.For
this trends in food industry needs to be studied as it gives an insight regarding what the
customers want.Hiring a suitable staff is a very challenging job but a very important one
as your resturant’s success depends upon it.Last but not the least marketing your resturant
is also very important as marketing helps in bringing the customers which ultimately
helps in generating revenue.All in all these strategies would help me in achievement of
this objective.
 MY DIRECTION IN LIFE
Vision:

My personal vision is to live a life that includes constant learning and improvement for myself
and want to create an environment that would provide me with opportunities to learn and better
myself in every way possible and to not only excel in my professional life but also personally. As
education is very much important to me I would like to pursue my MBA degree in human
resource management and hopefully like to pursue a PhD degree as well.I would like to become
a more empathetic person and for this reason I would like to serve the community by providing
education to unprivileged people that would have a postive impact upon their lives.

Mission:

To remember where I have been and where I will go through maintaining positive relationships
with family and friends.To conduct myself in an ethical way and to find the strenght to make
honest deccisions regarding personal and professional life.To feel content and peace in my
surroundings and creating a positive environment where I could look after my mental health.To
meditate and practice yoga that would help me in opening my mind.To be able to continue
learning new skills that would help me keep in constant contact with the new advancements in
the field of human resource management.
