1.0 NER3D-3(1.5-12.7MM) SUMMARY

NER3D-3(1.5-12.7MM) is a industrial computer control of the three axis

synchronous automatic wire bending equipment, its design mainly for medium and

large wire forming processing and reconciliation

NER3D-3(1.5-12.7MM) is the machine head rotation, wire does not need to

1.1 the computer system

NER3D-3 computer control system is a industrial PC with a Three-axis motion control

board, use the Windows XP/CE operating system as the foundation, combined with a

software developed by our company. Programming approach is to use the most

intuitive way of "teaching". The crew need to use the manual way the required shape

on the machine out bit by bit to do a hutchison in the computer, then a computer can be

1.6 use equipment safety guidelines

This equipment is in automatic machining operator:

Should put equipment, processing and forming part of the column to prevent the

All should be connected to the equipment on the power cord or signal lines,

button on the console the power supply is shut, or shut off the main power switch,

the equipment will be stopped immediately.

closed, the main supply when handling the wire must be use rinou time-sharing

must pay attention to safety and protection work.

2.0 wire use guidelines

Wire will have great influence on the quality of automated production, the quality

of wire rod can decrease the linear time and increase the production speed, increase

the product stability.

This equipment is to use a coil of wire, coil wire with high quality should have

three main points:

(1) line width must be average, linewidth error within + / - 0.02 mm, because the

line width too large will block wire core shaft, jumped the wire core shaft, a string

cable width will be shaking in the conduit, shape to instability.

(2) Coil arc degrees must average and no distortion, no section, although this

equipment comes with a straight line, but only for precision adjustment, can't adjust

the distortion and the section of the wire, the radian greatly not average also cannot

adjust, if wire can't fully straightening, when the wire was sent to turn head position

will be of less than, so that it cannot be formed.

(3) the wire hardness must be consistent, because the material is there will be a

certain degree of rebound after bending, if material is inconsistent degree of

rebound will be different, the result produced the shape of the products will be

inconsistent.

3.0 mechanical operation

3.1 Turn onthe power supply

Note: all cables and plugs are electrically charged, connect the power supply or

3.2 return to zero

3.3 tooling

Tooling including wire feeding wheel, wire core shaft, the fixed cutter, cutter, the

reverse core mode and twisting pin. These tools have direct relationship with

processing wire diameter, reverse core modules besides associated with wire

diameter, it goes with bending of R (bending radius) has a certain relationship, so

before the machine must choose suitable tooling, then loaded on the machine.

Standard equipment is suitable for most of the processing needs, such as the need to

use special tooling, can be made to the company.

3.4 straightening institutions

Note: this equipment is straightening institutions, for precision adjustment, only can't

regulate the distortion and the section of the wire, the radian greatly not average also

cannot adjust, so you must use the high quality of wire rod.

attention to when using security and protection work.

3.5 part of vertical and horizontal alignment

Straightening mechanism is divided into two parts, one is vertically placed another

is horizontal.

Linear institutions there are two main purposes:

(1) the wire straightening.

(2) the wire clamp, prevent the wire rod rotation.

Part is used for adjusting wire longitudinal displacement, vertical cross section is

3.6.1 wire feeding

The wire feeding mechanism with three sets of wire feeding wheel (FIG. 3-2),

through the computer control of the servo motor, they handed out their wire accurately

on the computer each wire feeding unit is equal to about 0.01 mm (when using 5 mm

wire) because under the different wire diameter, wire feeding wheel to the depth of the

slot will be different, this will affect send line circle, therefore affect to send out the

length of the actual so the crew must be according to the actual situation, send out the

required length, computer display units are for reference only. Theory, using a string

cable diameter of wire rod, the actual wire feeding length is longer than the computer

display unit, on the contrary, when using large wire diameter of wire rod, the actual

wire feeding length, shorter than the computer display unit, but it is not equal to your

line is not accurate, this is just a computer display wire feeding unit and rushing to send

trough of different depth error. In fact, in every length of wire feeding machine tool is

consistent, not long for short, so will not affect the consistency of the production

process.

Adjust the wire feeding wheel 3.6.2

Wire feeding mechanism on each group of wire feeding wheel with a regulating

bolt (FIG. 3-2), using a ratchet wrench to adjust each set of wire feeding wheel pressure

3.7 conduit, spool and the fixed cutter

Fixed cutter (figure 3-5) has two main functions:

(1) when used as tangent function of the retainer.

(2) the steady wire guide to reverse mechanism.

3.8 rotation mechanism

3.9 Cutting mechanism

Cuttingt institutions is to put a cut of the finished product or cut in the machine

useless part down. Cutter is two socket head screw locking at the top of the tangent

institutions (figure 3-5), the circular arc of the cutter must and processing wire

diameter, or after the tangent will have burrs.

3.9.1 cutter movement

Cutter knife moves by the activity (figure 3-5) with fixed cutter to rub to complete,

in the process of tangent, activities to move up and down of the blade and fixed

cutter. Fixed cutter and activity there can be no gap between cutter, otherwise it

will leave a burr on the cut off products.

3.10 adjustable linear program

Note: you must first determine the equipment with a wire frame has zero to can

continue to the next work.

Note: the wire feeding wheel and line pressing wheel pressure should be enough is

enough, otherwise you will put the wire pressure to deformation and damage to

equipment.

Note: this equipment is straight line organization, for precision adjustment, only

can't regulate the distortion and the section of the wire, the radian greatly not

3.11 adjust the wire feeding wheel center line

wire out slowly,

Find the bobbing up and down or bending part to a certain direction, if any were

needed by adjusting the axial location to send the spool to adjust each wire feeding

3.12 adjust the straight line organization

Wire feeding institutions after the adjustment can start adjustment line institutions to

3.13 bending institutions

The role of the bending mechanism is to put the wire into the required Angle or

camber, bending modulus and bending pin is in the center of the same rotating,

3.13.1 bending pin

Bending pin is installed on the dial, via a M6 socket head screw locking on the dial

aperture to lock pin bent on the bent pin is usually with and processing wire line by

3.13.2 bending die

Bending die is installed on the reverse core shaft, directly by the M8 screw locking

on the reverse core shaft (figure 3-6), bending die with two groups of different

3.13.3 bending die and the rise and fall of the bent pin

3.13.4 bending mechanism adjustment

Bending pin is needed to adjust the height of the, first turn on the wire straightening,

3.13.5 The use of bending agency guidelines

After connect AC 380V three-phase power supply, Turn on switch at

the back of the machine. Wait for the machine start up.

4.1, Starting Page

At the top of the page is a line shows the current state of the

machine, and small keyboard turned on and off. And alarm indicator.

Is at the bottom of the each function key, click on the switch to

the corresponding picture.

4.2 Manufacture Prepare

On this page with cylinder reset, mechanical reset, and back to

the origin button.

After switch on the red alarm will flashing lights, equipment

for the back to the origin. According to the origin button next time,

can equipment back to the origin, after the success of the back to

the origin, back to the origin will light up the side green lights.

Reset button, press the cylinder can be reset to cut, the internal

model of cylinder, cylinder and the cylinder of the mould.

Mechanical press the reset button can be reset the fault information.

If you have not reset power failure, please restart.
