E-SPACE is a website that allows users to view variety of products and rate them.

Here
vendor can purchase web space from admin to host their products .This involves optimal data
storage in cloud through Algotrading .It contains all the details of the vendors and registered
customers.Here we are introducing our website which will contain only the good rated products.
Anything that are getting hosted in this site is considered as a product.

1.1Objective

The objective is to design a website which mainly focuses on the optimal space.That is
wastage of space can be reduced.Space allocations to vendors are done by the admin.

1.2Project Description

In this project we have introduced 3 modules like Admin module, Vendor module, and
Customer module. The admin module contains the access of admin on this website. The admin
has complete control over this site. Initially vendors must do their registration. Admin will do
vendor verification for detecting the false vendors. If the verification is completed successfully,
then those vendors can host their products. Admin manages the space by sending warning
messages to vendor to update the poorly rated products. These warning messages can be viewed
by the vendors. If the vendor doesn’t update their product, then the admin has the ability to
delete the product from the site. Also admin has the power to cancel the vendor registration. The
concept of periodical surveying is implemented here.
The customers can view all the products that are hosted on the site but only the registered
customer can rate the product. Rating criterion can be extended by involving the feature of
adding to cart and purchasing the product.This project is an overall solution for managing the
space.That is optimization of space in cloud through algotrading.
1.3 Motivation

The motivation behind this project is that the customer can view products that are rated
high. This earns customer satisfaction. There are other sites which contain fairly rated products
as well as poorly rated products.But this issue is not arising in our site.
 Existing system

 There is no perfect existing system which involves periodical surveying on products and
generating reports.
 Existing systems does not consider all the vendor initiatives as products.
 The most commonly used such websites does not implement techniques to remove
products periodically as required.

3.3 Proposed system

The proposed system provides n different products for the users. Here any vendor
initiative is considered as a product. For example if the vendor needs an advertisement for
starting his/her entrance coaching centre, he/she can host the advertisement in this site.
