life cycle: From urban planning to recycling. Cham: Springer.

This book reviews the relationship between large-scale industrial activity and the carbon
footprint. It teaches us how carbon cycles work in every step, between recycling to
managing and manufacturing. I show many points of view from different people to looks
at all possibilities of solutions with today’s global warming problem.

warming/?source=NavEnvGlobal>.

This website gives us an insight to the overall problem of global warming. It has many
different links so you can go from “trees realizing methane”, “melting glaciers” or talking
about how the earth get warmer.

Washington, D.C.: International Food Policy Research Institute, 2009. Google Books.

Climate change is a huge issue in the world, with many different issues of topic. While I
have been reading a lot of information about global warming this is an interesting book. It
talks about the adaptation of agriculture. It shows results of agriculture and how human
being negatively affect global warming. Talking about crop production, prices of
different foods and how it effects the world.

The recent frequency of heat waves, intense tropical storms, and natural disasters has also
been partially attributed to trends in global climate change. Extreme weather will most
likely have a negative impact on crops and agriculture. As staple crops become scarcer,
they will become more expensive. Such products include rice, wheat, corn, and soy,
which are also utilized in animal feed; the result: prices of many other types of food will
increase as well, making all food relatively more expensive.

Along with many of the websites out there this gives us a clear understanding for the
cause and effects of global warming. Telling us information to be helpful to put in my
paper. Not only just a article but it has videos of different people who talk about global
warming. A familiar name that I watch was Bill Nye on “climate change 101” he
explains what causes climate change, how it affects our planet, why we need to act
promptly to mitigate its effects, and how each of us can contribute to a solution.

Meeting Environmental Objectives?. EJ, 20(01).

Both these authors are providing a beneficial way to help the planet. Trying to fix the
problem of global warming is every expensive Manne and Richels provide many insights
to the problems and how to do it for cheaper. The Kyoto Protocol is a policy that is a
emissions reduction plan to help save the planet on a budget laying out many plans and
effective ways it can work the Kyoto protocol is a very help way to stop global warming.

Fingerprints of global warming on wild animals and plants. Nature, 421(6918), pp.57-60.

The main point it is talking about the footprints of how global warming is changing
animal and plant life. Showing how different animals and plants are affected and how.
The study takes place through the last 100 years and ranging is species from mollusks to
mammals a and from grasses to trees. It is showing significant evidence of destroying
populations. The temperature is changing how, where and what there are doing which is
not good.

As are population is increasing people are continually using more and more resources.
More electricity is being used, more cars are on the road, more littering, etc.… leaving
more of a chance for species to be endangered or even extinct. I used this source to get
another opinion on global warming and the author is very credible because of the any
PhD’s

Web. 15 Sep 2010.

There are many varieties of global warming that effect our planet, but Simmons
mentioned 5 main ones. One result of global warming is the spread of disease. Another
effect is longer and more drastic heat waves and droughts. Another effect are the polar ice
caps melting. Simmons gives explanation for all these which are very useful.

10. Nordhaus, William, and Joseph Boyer. Warming the World. Massachusetts:
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, 2000. Print.

This is a very interesting article about how the United States produces more carbon
dioxide than any other country. And since we have been producing the most CO2, we
will have much more pollution and will be affected way more than other countries. As we
look at our country, we already see how our environment has been affected. This causes
things like Wildfires and Hurricanes, not only this but we will start falling behind
because having to pay for the damage we have done. This source is very good showing
many different things like facts and charts to show how they are right.
