A Healthier Meal

The data on the chart that I developed showed quite high numbers compared to the DRV
(Daily Reference Values) for food intake. After comparing the meals, I saw that some of these
meals contain up to half of the recommended intake for an entire day. This would not be as big
of a deal to me when it comes to calories, as I am trying to gain weight. For someone who is
more cautious of the calories they intake would not benefit from any of these meals. According
to the data I have collected, it seems that the meal listed under Burger King would suit best for
me. This is not the most calorie rich meal in the list, it is between the highest and the lowest in
nutritional value. Unfortunately, I was unable to select multiple boxes when creating my
formula, even when holding down the control key as shown in the video. In order to demonstrate
my understanding of making the formula, I manually typed the formula into each box.
