ABSTRACT

The third industrial revolution already benefits a lot from the use of
computers and automation, creating more efficiency in most industries.
Industry 4.0 comes into the picture with the introduction of connectivity
between these machineries (Karen Wilson and James H 2014).
Technological malfunction can be a common factor that causes
industrial malfunction (Michelle Trudeau 2013). It is agreeable that smart
workers are needed for the country. Despite the fact that nurturing smart
workers gives a big advantage, there is some deficiency that should be
discussed. One of the main deficiencies is regarding technological
malfunction and that is the topic that we are going to highlight in our
presentation. We are going to discuss some issues regarding
technological malfunction, the effects on the industries and people, and
what we can or should do to help overcome these issues. We hope that
by the end of our presentation, everyone will be aware that smart really
needs to mean smart. After all, the smart world is really smart, but how
smart are you?
