ABSTRACT:

This research was conducted based on the methodology of study on the


"motivation program and its influence on self-esteem glass of milk users
Curhuaz Central Independencia Huaraz-2016". The sample was made up of 10
mothers in poverty and the average level of instruction. The research is
quantitative approach because only pre experimental design made up of a
group with the application of pre-test and post-test descriptive level. The
instrument applied is the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale, which allowed to
measure self-esteem of mothers of beneficiary family. Significant influence on
self-esteem with the implementation of the program of motivation, with this
result the alternative hypothesis was accepted and rejected the null hypothesis.
In conclusion the expected change of all users placing a normal level of self-
esteem and acceptance for personal, family and social improvement was
achieved; while you can see a sense of improvement.
