 Show comparing with relevant laws applicable on that Industry/ Sector
 Map with guidelines of SECP for CSR

Area 2- Present Code of Conduct of Listed Company

 Map with Industry Best Practices (mapping with at least 3 companies of relevant sector is must)
 Suggest improvements based on best practices

Area 3- Present Statement of Compliance of Listed Company

 Map with Code of Corporate Governance of Pakistan
 Compare with Industry best practices
 Highlight non-compliance and suggest required actions

Note:
1. It is compulsory to cover all three (3) areas.
2. Marks will only be awarded on the basis of mapping with industry best practices, relevant laws /
guidelines and suggestions made. (Source/ basis and working must be provided)
3. Company worked by one group must not be repeated by other.
4. Group of 4 members can be formed.
