Ringkasan/Abstrak
Practicum that discusses this discusses and discusses the function of transistors as switches, characteristics of
BJT when operated as switches, and characteristics of NMOS and CMOS type MOSFETs when operated as
switches. Practicum is done by arranging a series of practicum kits, both BJT and MOSFET, then checking
certain large currents and voltages in various conditions using a multimeter and oscilloscope. With this,
conditions will be obtained when the switch turns on or off. This condition is an area working indicator when
activated as a switch.
