 ABSTRACT

Chemist Shop Software project is basically customized software that automates the working
of a chemist shop like computerized bills, invoices, reports Etc.

Some of the key areas of this software are:-

 Inventory Module: In this module we can add product in which all relevant information
of the medicines and other related products like as narcotics medicine and also we can
modify the any related information of that product and also delete that product. In this
module we can add company information which is related to the pharmacy. And also we
can modify the information of the company. If there is no need of company, we can delete
the company detail.
 Stock Module: In this module we can add the opening stock into the database. We can
also see all the stock information and remaining stock, reports etc. Stock will also
maintain at the time of purchasing and selling of the product. We can view the available
stock at any time.
 Customer Module: In this module we can add the all related information about the
customer. We can also see all the information of the customer at any time when we want.
We can change any information of a customer and also delete that particular customer
information from the record.
 Sale Module: This is the main module of our project, all sale invoice are computerized. It
just make easy to make billing of the items sale. According to this module, the stock will
also maintain at the time of selling the product.
 Purchase Module: In this module, the information about the purchasing product are
stored. According to this module, the stock will also maintain at the time of inserting the
information of product at the time of record.
 Bill Module: In this section we can generate the bill according to the selling of products
for a customer. The record of generated bills can view at any time.
 Report Module: In this module the report is generated. The report can be generate at any
time of any module like as report for sale, report for purchasing product and other related
reports to related modules.
