 Nature of Job:
 Worked as a Site Engineer at M/S Simplex Infrastructure Ltd., Gurgaon
  Currently working as a Quality Engineer at M/S Simplex Infrastructure Ltd., Gurgaon
 Following tests are carried out a Laboratory: -
 Compressive strength of concrete cubes for 7days & 28days on daily basis.
 Cement :- Normal consistency, Initial setting time & Final setting time, Mortar cube
casting, fineness test of cement & compressive strength of cubes as per IS 269 &
4031.

Testing of coarse & Fine aggregate: Gradation, Specific gravity, Water Absorption, bulk
density, Loss angles, Crushing Strength, Silt & clay content of sand, aggregate impact
value test, Flakiness & Elongation test .as per IS 383 & 2386.
 Soil Test: - Field dry density test of sand replacement method & Core cutting method
& Moisture content of Rapid moisture meter & Oven dry method. As per IS 2720.
Waterproofing work of Retaining Wall, Sunken, Toilets Balcony, Podium Slab & Brick
Bat Coba.
Admixture : Density & Setting time of Admixture as per IS 9103.
 Steel : Rolling margin test as per IS 1786.
Brick Test:- , Water absorption & Compressive strength as per IS 1077 & 3495.
 Concrete: Trail mix of various grade upto M40 of concrete as per IS 10262,456 &
Sp23.
 Plant Knowledge : Batching plant calibration as per 4925 & 4926.
 Third Party Test : Non-Destructive Test (UPV Re bond Hammer) Shuttering plywood,
Shuttering Oil, Fly ash, Admixture, Steel, Cement, Bricks etc...
Control of concrete at RMC Plant & all official documentation work as ISO.
 Review the Material Technical Data Sheet, Technical specification.
 Preparation of Method Statement.
 Submit Inspection material Request (IMR) for Client Engineers for Inspection.
 Issue Internal NCR or Site Observation consult with Sr. Project Engineer.
 Conduct regular Site Surveillance and checking ongoing works on site.
 Prepare QA/QC Weekly and Monthly Reports and submit to client.
 Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump
test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
 Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality
System requirements.
 Responsibility: Preparation of Monthly Quality Reports, Daily Progress Reports,
Material Inspection report & Preparation of all test documentation as per FQP.
 Nature of duties: I carried out all types of field & Laboratory test and follow the
specification as per IS CODE ,MORTH & IRC.
