This order refleots disciplinary action taken by the Department for violations of O.C.G.A, §§ 4-1 1-102) and 4-11-10) as well as Departmental Rules 40-13-13-.04(1}(), 40-13-13-4(1)@), 40-13-13 ‘04(1)G), 40-13-13-.04(1}(0), and 40-13-13-04(1)(m). (hereinafter the “Aet”), Any animal shelter, kennel, stable, rescue, or pet dealer, as defined by the Act, must ebiain a license from the Georgia Department of Agriculture hereafter the “Department”) pursuant fo O.C.G.A, § 411-3, Animal shelters, kennels, pet dealers, rescues, and stables are subject to the Act and Rules, GA.
