Marketing Plan 
Executive Summary
My company name is called The Machine Energy Inc.I will be selling all-natural 
energy boost products like energy drinks, snacks, and smoothies. The location of my 
company headquarters will be in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a good 
location for my business because it is almost dead center of the US and can be 
distributed easily to the west and east. My main competition in the market would be 
Redbull, Monster, and other energy product businesses like that. For my business to 
profit most it would be around 100 strong of personnel. Head of Science, Marketing, 
Consumer Testing, Finances, and Head of Distribution as high positions. This will keep 
our company going. I believe that my business will succeed because it is all natural and 
is a healthy solution to normal energy drinks. This will also be a great solution for 
people who don't like coffee. My ideal customers would be in the age range from 13 to 
45. The difference between my products and the competitions will be that they are all 
natural and will be way healthier than other energy products. My suppliers would mostly 
be convenience stores like Welsh Farms and Wawa. We will also ship in bulk via online.I 
will get the money to start my business from investors and a bank loan. It would take 
approximately 2 to 3 weeks to get my products on the shelves. I would have to wait 
maybe a month until I make a profit. My product will price at $2.75 from the shelves. 
That is lower than Monster and around the same as Red Bull. I will advertise by 
sponsoring sports, advertise through tv, radio, online, and apps. A sleeper advertisement 
for me will be video games. This will not also attract younger customers but will spread 
our product.

Politcal
Machine Energy Inc. drinks are considered energy drinks. This is a problem in Lithuania
and some other European Union countries. In Lithuania, it is illegal for anyone under the age of
eighteen to purchase these. The Lithuanian government claims that energy drinks can do the
same amount of damage as a beer can. This will affect us because now we lose part of our
target market(13-17 years old) to the law. Forty-seven percent of all energy drink consumers
claim they drink the same drinks several times a week. Considering that a twelve pack of The
Machine energy drink is eighteen dollars and fifty cents and forty-seven percent drink multiple a
week and at least sixty-eight of those under eighteen drink energy drinks once a week this
means we could lose some profit because of a law. The math of it is there is a total of 313,936
people between the ages of fifteen to twenty-four. Sixty- eight percent of that is​ ​213476​ people
who could drink our product. This means that we are losing a possible ​587,060 dollars in weekly
revenue.

Economic
Machine Energy drinks are extremely low cost to make. To make The Machine would
cost a grand total of thirteen cents. This is extremely low cost to make which makes this a max
profit. Because The Machine is so low cost to make our company lowest ranks jobs minimum
wage to start is twenty dollars. This is to also help low-income areas get jobs to start making
poorer communities better. This will be a program called Gearing Up. This will take a small
amount of profit during certain times to donate to programs that we team up with.

Social
Starting next year in the year of 2020, The Machine Energy will plan to take over sports.
Starting in 2019 we will now be the main sponsor of the Alliance of American Football (AAF).
We want to promote healthier ways than our competitors with sports and athletes. We are trying
to make deals with international superstars like formula one’s Lewis Hamilton or MLB prospect
Vladimir Guerro Jr. We believe that we can try to make the world better and fight off the bad
conditions that the high caffeine drinks our competitors have. We will put ads on all platforms
like Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and Facebook. We will also put television ads on sports
channels. We want to reach off as the Gatorade of energy drinks. We believe that we can
become very successful in promoting sports.
Technology
The Machine Energy is using new technology as a new power source to produce faster.
This new technology is called solar fuels. This is more efficient than solar panels but is also
eco-friendly. Solar fuels involve taking carbon atoms from carbon dioxide and hydrogen atoms
from water so that it makes hydrocarbons which are in fossil fuel. This will help the earth greatly
and produce more energy. We also will be able to make money off selling power to the local
city. We also made new bottles that take 1 week to turn into biofuel and they also can be
recycled imminently

Legal
There are no legal problems with The Machine Energy. We are very lucky not to have
any legal troubles.

Eviormental.
The Machine Energy is using new bottles that help the environment. These bottles can
be turned into biofuels in a week not years. The bottles also can be recycled immediately and
not have to wait. This will make the environment safer and this will help the earth and landfills.
We hope that this will be the new age of bottles.
Objective
Our objective for this company is to be the top of sports and energy products. We plan to
be the main drink that athletes drink instead of Gatorade and Red Bull. We want to sign athletes
and make our brand the best brand out there. For this year I will want us to achieve top 3 is
energy drinks based on revenue. For us to accomplish this we would need 2 billion in revenue. I
believe this is very achievable for us this year. My ultimate goal is to revolutionize drinks for the
future.

Target Market
Our product has a huge target market. We target two age groups for our products. The
first target market is teenagers and young adults, and the second one is adults who prefer
healthier stuff the coffee. These two markets will give us the max profit possible. We will receive
the most profit from our younger age.The older age group isn't really the best for our profit but
they will pull in some nice profit.
Why do we target these age groups? The reason why we target these groups is quite
simple. The teenagers and young adults need energy sometimes for when they pull all-nighters
partying, writing papers and finishing projects. The older group is for those who need a bit of
energy that won't harm their body. We see this older group as those who don't like to drink
coffee or 5-hour energy.

Measuring Success
There are really only three ways to measure success in our opinion. The first way, the
most obvious is by the revenue we get. If we see we are making revenue over expenses then
we can tell how successful our product is. The next way would be by seeing our sponsors
viewers. For example, we feel that if the NBA is getting all-time high numbers people are seeing
our product. The last way is by how many followers we have on social media. This may sound
ridiculous but the more followers mean more people see our brand. This is how we will measure
our success!
