Fixed Monthly Salary 67,200 US$5,600 x 12mths
(Note - Employee will be responsible for the income tax in their host country)

Area Allowance 4,800 US$400 X 12mths

Joining ticket Joining ticket economy class by the shortest route from your home town to our nearest air port will be
reimbursed

OTHER ALLOWANCES
Accommodation allowance Employee will be base on sites/ location and single accommodation will be provided

Transportation & Company will provide pool car or common bus from Mess to Office and vice versa.
Accommodation Free single accommodation will be provided at the mill site at Baung
MEDICAL, INSURANCE & OTHERS
Medical In-patient & Out- As per Company's regional policies.

Insurance coverage Plan A - AD&D up to US$100,000
Temporary Total Disablement (TTD) - 0.5% of AD&D per week, max 52weeks/yr
Accidental Medical Reimbursement (AMR) 10% of AD&D

Home leave ticket 1x per year from work to country of origin.

For Employee only after 1 year of service with the Company.
Should there be any change in route, Company will reimburse whichever is lower.

Annual Leave 21 days after 12 months of service

Candidate is able to apply for advance leave after being confirmed, This will be term as unpaid leave

Moving/ Settling One time payment of US$500 settling-in Allowance. Amount will ve credited to the E'yee account after
first mth of service

Special Notes :
1 Employee will be responsible for the income tax in their host country
2 Kindly note that where transfer are applicable, there may be slight changes in benefits.
All those that are not listed down will follow the regional location policies
Should you need more detail information, you will need to consult the respective HR

3 All Employee will need to pass Medical Check-Up. In the event Employee fail MCU, Company has the right to void the Proposal/ offering

4 Kindly note that work permit may take approximately 4-6 weeks to process.
We would advise and appreciate that you provide all relevant documents as soon as possible to avoid delay.
Employee are not allow to start work in the event that work permit is not ready, unless special permit are being process

5 All C&B information to remain highly confidential
