All About Your Health And How To Eat Healthy To Live Longer

Most of us Don’t eat Healthy and don’t even notice the harm it does to our body either .

Eating healthy is your choice and no one can change the way you eat . That being said have u

ever stop and think should I be eating this ? What can this do to my body , can it cause me to sick

etc . What we don’t understand is that certain meat can cause us to b sick . Not all meat is

healthy and what if what we think is healthy really is not .eating Meat , chicken and cows can be

well cause a high risk of cancer also heart diseases and diabetes.according to this famous man

name Dr.sebi who is a pathologist, herbalist, biochemist, and naturalist. He has studied and

personally observed herbs in North America, Central and South America, Africa, and the

Caribbean, and has developed a unique approach and methodology to healing the human body

with herbs that is firmly rooted in over 30 years of experience to help people have a healthy body

and live longer . He was born in Alfredo Bowman on November 26, 1933, in the village of

Ilanga in Spanish Honduras. Dr. Sebi is a self-educated man which is very good if you Ask me .

He was diagnosed with asthma, diabetes from not eating right ,impotency, and obesity. After

unsuccessful treatments with conventional doctors and traditional western medicine he was lead

to an herbalist in Mexico. Finding great healing success from all his ailments, he began creating

natural vegetation cell food which begin to help him heal . He started experimenting on food that

we eat and discovering how some could make us . The issue now is that we eat too much meat.

Access to meat is much easier for us now than is was in the past, and the large amount of meat

we eat is harmful to our healthy living. The factory farmed meat we eat is now full of fat,

hormones, antibiotics, disease, GMO contaminated material, and additives and preservatives due

to factory farming and production methods.

These substances are bad for our health, attack our bodies, and compromise our immune

system. Factory farmed animals are also treated inhumanely and we are the only species on earth

that treats our food supply in such a way. This is why eating meat is bad.

We should follow dr.sebi food guide which divides all foods into six categories: live, raw,

dead, hybrid, genetically modified or drugs. His diet emphasizes live or raw foods, which he

terms "electric foods." According to Sebi, these foods are alkaline and can help heal the body of

the effects of "dead," or supposedly acidic foods, which include all meat, poultry, seafood,

products containing a leavening agent like yeast, synthetic and processed items, alcohol, sugar,

iodized salt or anything fried. On the plan, you'll avoid all seedless fruits, insect- or weather-

resistant crops like corn or certain tomatoes, and anything with added vitamins or minerals.

Instead, you'll eat plain ripe fruit; non starchy , vegetables, especially leafy greens; raw nuts and

nut butters; and grains like quinoa, rye or kamut.

If fruits and vegetables are good for us and can help us live longer and maintain a better life then

I believe we should do it . Learn to stop eating so much unhealthy meat or anything that’s

unhealthy. We should also give dr.sebi herbs and medicine a try if it really helps with healing us

. If I had to answer if I’m eating healthy I would say yes , because I’m not a big fan of meat and

I’ll rather eat fruits and vegetables . Because eating unhealthy can cause a lot Diet is thought to

be responsible for about 30% to 40% of all cancers. No food or diet can prevent you from getting

breast cancer. But some foods can make your body the healthiest it can be, boost your immune

system, and help keep your risk for breast cancer as low as possible which is important .

Research has shown that getting the nutrients you need from a variety of foods, especially fruits,

vegetables, legumes, and whole grains, can make you feel your best and give your body the

energy it needs to keep on with you lives . Eating food grown without pesticides may protect

against unhealthy cell changes associated with pesticide use in animal studies which is bad . But

it’s clear that calories do count .

Eating wrong can also cause obesity and Obesity means having too much of body fat. It is

different from being overweight,and that means weighing too much. The weight may come from

any part of your body like muscle, bone, fat, and/or body water. Both terms mean that a person's

weight is way greater than what's considered healthy for his or her height.

It can happens over time when you eat more and more calories than you use. The balance

between calories-in and calories-out differs for every each person. Factors that might affect your

weight include your genetic makeup or overeating most of the time eating high-fat foods, and not

being physically active.

It can also increases your risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, and some cancers. If

you have obesity, losing even 5 to 10 percent of your weight can delay or prevent some of these

diseases. For example, that means losing 10 to 20 pounds if you weigh 200 pounds

Dr.sebi said mucus is the only disease that can cause other diseases to form and there

are certain kind of food that can cause them . the crazy thing about it is that we eat

these kinds of food daily ! and we don't know the truth behind them , by that i mean we

may think its healthy and good to eat but not if its forming mucus and i don't know about

the audience reading this but i had no idea that mucus is the cause of diseases . now ,

the food that cause a lot of mucus to build up is bread , yogurt , ice cream , meat , milk

of course and cheese etc . i say i didn't know that mucus can cause diseases because i

thought that it help fight against bacteria . as it says online ‘’It protects your immune

system and Mucus collects bacteria and prevents it from entering your bloodstream

which is very good but it also carry away by your lymphatic system. It is one of the

many first line immune defenses that body uses to fight disease. Drugs that limit mucus

formation keep this defense mechanism from working and put more burden on the other

natural defenses. I did my research on dr.sebi facts / opinion because not everyone

may believe him but he do have proof of too much mucus causing disease but it

depends on your genetic structure . there are also food that stop mucus Cucumbers are on the

nutrition and will help your remove mucus from your body. Cucumbers are always first on the

cleansing and detox list due to their high water content and are always used in green smoothies.

They are high in vitamin B vitamins and potassium. They help to rehydrate your body naturally

and are medium high in citrulline which helps to filter the kidneys and liver. An apple a day

keeps the doctor away. How true this is. Apples contain vitamin C and fiber, which is known as

pectin which helps them remove mucus from your body. They have so many benefits, such as

sometimes it can gather up in one part of body and that can affect you too .At first, like all

problems , being obese is very intoxicating. It fills us up with different emotion and make it hard

on us . But even if people didn't feel emotional obese makes people feel potent, capable, and

purposeful.

with dealing with obesity it unbalances us. We often begin to neglect parts of our lives we

shouldn't. If you are allowing to become too emotional causes us to devalue important

dimensions of our lives and tolerate their atrophy and even their collapse. But being emotional

because of your weight problem is not good because being sad and mad all the time because of

your health can cause you to eat away the pain . i have seen this i have seen people break down

and just eat all types of food . like unhealthy food ….so much greasy food and etc . all that can

cause a unhealthy body and just add more weight on to you .

Therefore When people eat more calories than they should , their bodies store the extra calories

as fat. By doing that it may continue to build up because like i said before most people don't take

care of their body

A couple of pounds of extra body fat are not a health risk for most people but then again it could

for most . But when people keep up a pattern of eating more and more calories than they burn,

more and more fat builds up in their bodies.

Eventually, the body gets to a point where the amount of body fat can harm a person's health like

really bad . Doctors use the terms "overweight" or "obese" to tell if someone has a greater chance

of developing weight-related health problems.

As you've probably heard, more people are overweight today than they have ever before. The

"obesity epidemic" affects kids and teens as well as for adults too . So younger people are now

getting health problems that used to affect only adults, like high blood pressure, high cholesterol,

and the diseases most people know type 2 diabetes . Obesity is bad news for both the body and

mind. Not only can it make someone feel tired and very uncomfortable, carrying extra or too

much weight puts added stress on the to your body, especially the bones and joints of the legs etc

. Kids and teens who are overweight are more likely to develop diabetes and other health

problems. And overweight adults have a higher chance of getting heart disease.

Now we know there are so many disease you can get from not having having a healthy bod and

also being obese . Being overweight or obese can have a serious impact on health. Carrying extra

fat leads to serious health consequences such as cardiovascular disease (mainly heart disease and

stroke), type 2 diabetes, musculoskeletal disorders like osteoarthritis, and some cancers

(endometrial, breast and colon). These conditions cause premature death and substantial

disability.

What is not widely known is that the risk of health problems starts when someone is only very

slightly overweight, and that the likelihood of problems increases as someone becomes more

and more overweight. Many of these conditions cause long-term suffering for individuals and

families. In addition, the costs for the health care system can be extremely high.now thats

why its best to work out and eat fruits and vegetables . we have a lot of disease out here and

one is influenza or flu, is a highly contagious viral respiratory illness. Flu can cause a

worsening of chronic medical conditions such as heart disease, asthma and diabetes. To help

prevent the spread of the flu, a flu shot is recommended every year, especially for people who

are at high risk for flu complications. Next we will talk about HIV which is the virus that

causes AIDS. It attacks a person’s immune system, reducing the body’s ability to fight off

infections and as i said before its when too much mucus build up . Efforts to prevent the

spread of the virus, counseling and testing individuals who are at high risk, and caring for

people living with the disease are key to reducing HIV and AIDS but people have the cure

for it just like Dr.sebi found a cure . next zoonotic disease are illnesses transmitted from

animals to humans that i believe is what most of our disease come from . i say that because

when i did research on Dr.sebi he said that meat well certain meat is not clean and can cause

people to be sick . that's why i believe that certain stuff people eat gives them or develop them

to get sick

health agencies throughout the state regulate more than 30,000 food service and processing

facilities and provide training on safe food handling, preparation and sanitation issues . we all

need to pay close attention to what we are putting in our bodys . we are not sure what people

in food business are doing with their meat or what products they are putting in it we not even

sure if its clean enough to eat . people say that meat is good for us and that it has good

proteins and etc but if that’s so true why are we getting sick off some of the stuff that we eat

and where are all these disease coming from . Dr.sebi said we only have one disease and

that’s mucus and what if eating meat and etc have things in it that trigger our mucus to get in

certain parts of our body and cause other disease because of what’s in our system . barack

obama was actually someone who dr.sebi said bought his herbs and etcs too .therefore should

prove that we know some of his herbs must work and it has been proven and use by many

people . this is something good someone trying to help all lives not just his . now when i do

my research and see how africans didn’t have doctors or medicine to help them they use

natural resources and herbs and other things that they make and grow themselves .

We should look into our history and compare it to now when it comes to health . things we

are eating now could be the reason why we get certain disease anyway . we shouldn’t just be

putting anything in our body we should be putting things in our body that is natural and heal

us as well . dealing with health can be challaging for everyone , they try to come up with food

remedies and put different vegetables and herbs and meat together that will be more healthy .

When it comes to Eating a healthy diet it doesn’t have to be overly complicated. While some

specific foods or some nutrients have been shown to have a very beneficial effect on mood, it’s

your overall dietary pattern that is mostly important. The cornerstone of a healthy diet pattern

should be to replace the processed food with real food whenever is possible. Eating food that is

as close as possible to the way nature made it can make a huge difference to the way you think,

look, and feel.While some extreme diets will suggest otherwise, by saying we all need a balance

of protein which is fat, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals in our diets to really sustain

a healthy body. You don’t need to really eliminate certain categories of food from your very own

diet, but rather select the healthiest options from each category.protein gives you the energy to

get up and go and keep going and also supporting mood and cognitive function. Too much

protein can be harmful to people with kidney disease, but the latest research suggests that many

of us need more high-quality protein, especially as we age which is shocking . That doesn’t

mean you have to eat more animal products a variety of plant-based sources of protein each day

can ensure that your body gets all the essential protein it really needs. Switching to a healthy

diet doesn’t have to be a all or nothing proposition. You don’t have to be too perfect, you don’t

have to completely eliminate foods that you really enjoy, and you don’t have to change

everything all at once so that usually only leads to cheating on your diet goal or giving up on

your new eating plan.

A better approach is to make a few small changes at a time. Keeping your goals modest can help

you achieve more in the long term without feeling deprived or overwhelmed by a major diet

overhaul. Think of planning a healthy diet as a number of small baby steps like adding a salad to

your diet once a day. As your small changes become habit, you can continue to add more healthy

food choices. To set yourself up for success, try to keep things simple. Eating a healthier diet

doesn’t have to be very complicated. Instead of being overly concerned with counting your

calories, for example, why don’t t you think of your diet in terms of color, variety, and

freshness. Try to Focus on avoiding packaged and processed foods and opting for more fresh

ingredients whenever possible. Fix your own meals . Cooking more meals at home can help you

take charge of what you’re eating and better monitor exactly what goes into your food. You’ll eat

fewer calories and avoid the chemical additives, added sugar, and unhealthy fats of packaged and

takeout foods that can leave you feeling tired, bloated, and irritable, and exacerbate symptoms of

depression, stress, and anxiety.

Let’s also make sure your making the right desision . When cutting back on unhealthy foods in

your diet, it’s important to replace them with healthy alternatives. Replacing dangerous trans fats

with healthy fats such as switching fried chicken for grilled salmon will make a positive

difference to your health. Switching animal fats for refined carbohydrates, though such as

switching your breakfast bacon for a donut, won’t lower your risk for heart disease or improve

your mood.One of the best ways to have a good healthy diet is to really prepare your own

food and eat in regularly. Pick a few healthy recipes a day that you and your family will like

and build a meal schedule around them. If you have three or four meals planned per week and

then eat leftovers on the other nights, you will be much farther ahead than if you are eating out or

having frozen dinners most nights.jut remember that health well your health is very important .
