Abstract

Supply chain system provides all facilities, functions, activities, associated with flow and
transformation of goods and services from raw materials to customer, as well as the
associated information flows.”S Supply chain management (SCM) is the combination of an art
and science that goes into improving the way that company finds the components it needs to
make a product or service and deliver it to customers.” Project will provide all facilities,
functions, activities, associated with flow and transformation of goods and services from raw
materials to customer, as well as the associated information flows, respond to uncertainty in
customer demand without creating costly excess inventory. It provides the following
facilities:-

 Cost savings and price reductions

 Reduction or elimination of the role of intermediaries

 Shortening supply chain response and transaction times

 Gaining a wider presence and increased visibility for companies

 Greater choices and more information for customers
