    This scientific journal is titled “The Usage of Mobile Phone by The 25th
    Generation of Van Lith’s Boys Dorm”. The purpose of this scientific journal is to
    find out the usage of handphone by the 25th Generation of Van Lith’s Boys Dorm.
    The usage handphone nowadays is too bizzaare and it can affect relationship
    between one another. The method that writer use for making this scientific journal
    is literature review, and observation. From the result of the questionnaire, the
    usage of handphone by the 25th generation of Van Lith’s Boys Dorm is good
    enough even though there some regulation breaking
    The supervision from the dormitory guardian should be more intensive.
    This can prevent any regulation breaking again.
