I am writing this letter to let you know that I am going to resign from your company. I am
sorry to leave such an excellent employer, but I have decided to stay at home with my
baby for the first few years of her life.

I just want you to know that I am more than willing to help as regards my transition of work
to another employee.

I hope that you will remember me and my work with appreciation and a positive spirit.
Please stay in touch when I am no longer working here. Working here has been a great
experience, but it is the best decision at this time, to be with my family.
