Self-motivated and hard worker in any business and am eager to acquire new skills with a firm
grounding in what make a business successful. Also enjoying working as a part of professional
planning. It’s my great honor to serve the organization in a progressive manner while
successfully achieving to accomplish the goals and bring value to the society by utilizing
effectively the skills, knowledge and the potentiality that are within me. The strong passion and
desire to humbly serve the organization basing on discipline, hard-working, Team-working and

DUTIES AND RENSIPONSIBILITY
 Proactively identify & understand business needs from internal stakeholders and
collaboratively propose competitive solutions. This may involve constructively
challenging the Business Demand, Specification Requirements &/or Purchase Practices
in order to drive value and efficiency for the organization.
 Develop and implement procurement strategies with business stakeholders, which meets
the Business demand, Utilizing price, Demand management, Specification and Operation
optimization, and Contract Management principles, provide a strong commercial
influence in the thinking and behavior of the internal users and stakeholders, driving for
change in CSI to seize market opportunities to generate value and support CSI business
purpose and strategy.
 Receive the Purchase Requisition from Requisitioners on ASP Business
 Proactively manage sourcing/procurement projects, lead supplier qualification,
Comparative Quotation Analysis, and lead negotiations with Suppliers and ensure on
time project delivery & business requirement fulfilled, effectively manage contracts
implementation, supplier transition with risk mitigation in place.
 Draft (MPA) Master Purchase Agreement
 Raise the Order, Book Invoice, Managing Vendor Data, on ASP Business One Software.
 Ensure that approved purchase order has been sent to the supplier via email of hand and
copy to procurement team and the requesting department
 Review delivery orders to ensure supply is met, taking availability, cost, manufacturing
process, and lead times into consideration.
 Monitoring returns, damage replacement and warranty claims.
 Supplier Evaluation.
 Manage Supplier Relationship effectively with both global/regional/local suppliers and
collaboratively drive continuous performance improvement via relevant contract key
metrics (example HSSE, Quality, Cost). This would involve constructively challenging
the Suppliers in terms of the contract delivery and performance as well.
 Investigate the market to identify potential acquisitions and perform research to
determine how appealing each opportunity is.
 Oversee all inventory and equipment purchases, identifying areas of potential savings.
 Create forecast of demand to be prepared for upcoming requirements.
 Gathered information and created reports from all departments.
