APSSDC & Training Partner Initial Acceptance

• Post Evaluation of EoI, APSSDC issues W.O to the organization. (here After called
Training partner-TP).
• Post issual of W.O, TP to send later of Acceptance to APSSDC.
• Post receival of LOA, APSSDC to share the web link for registration along with
biometric installation procedure documents.

Fill all the mandatory fields which are highlighted in asterisk and click the REGISTER
button.
Mail Confirmation from APSSDC

After completion of TP Registration, Organization will receive a mail like following:

Dear Training partner,


You registered successfully with APSSDC as a Training Partner, please find the login credentials below for
your future reference as you can't able to login to the application unless gets the approvals. Once if you get
the approvals, then you will receive a mail.

Note: Training center/Institute should be as per specified standards. After the Training Partner
was approved by APSSDC respective manager/person then the confirmation mail will be
received to their mail-id.
Login ID & Password

Login with the credentials after getting confirmation as APSSDC Training Partner:

Training Center Registration

Manage Training Center/Institute details


• Click on add training center button.
• Training Partner should fill the proposed training center/s complete details including Address,
SPOC & Infrastructure details.
• After seeding the TC details by training partner click “Submit & Proceed button”.
Assign Scheme/Program

APSSDC authorized person will approve the Scheme/ Program to particular Training
partner.
Training Center Login

Please enter your Username (SPOC email) and password and then click on “login” button.
New Window & Manage Batches

After click on login, the new window is opened like mentioned below. Click on Manage Batch
button.
Note: If your Training center/Institute assigned with Scheme then only your Institute is
allowed to select scheme.
Batch Creation

After selecting scheme then your institute is allowed to select program.


Batch Creation

Once you select scheme and program click on “Create New Batch” button.
Save Batch in Proposed Training Center

After clicking on Create new batch, one popup will be opened. Enter all the required fields
and click on “Save batch”.
Batch Approval Submission

After clicking on save batch, a confirmation pop will be open click on “ok” button.
Center Approval to Start a Batch

• District manager/JDM should visit the training center physically and approve the proposed
training center/Institute.
• After approval of the District manager/JDM and then Head-office respective person should
approve the proposed training center/Institute, then only you are allowed to start/select Batch
Name.
• If you want to start a batch click on “Start Batch” button then select required fields.
Start Batch

• After batch gets approved from the concern people, select required fields and then click on
“Start Batch” button it will gives message like “Batch Started Successfully”
Mapping the Candidates/Students

After Batch creation, if you want to add Select all required fields and click on
students click on “Add Student” button. “Add Student” button.
Mapping Candidate with Aadhar Number

After clicking on add student button, it will


open add student popup enter student It will display student details click on “Add” button.
Aadhar number and click on “search”
button.

• If student details are not found, TP should register candidate details under below
mentioned link.

Attendance Mapping & Batch Marks

If the institute want to take students The current day will be automatically
attendance click on “Attendance” link, then highlighted in the calendar and the attendance
select scheme, program and batch name. for the selected batch on the current day will
be taken.

The institute wants to update students


Marks click on “Batch Marks” link and Click on “Save” button.
fill all the fields.
Batch Completion

Once the concerned program has


completed, the institute has to close
the batch. So click on “Close Batch” Click on “Close Batch” button.

Generate Batch Reports

If the Institute want Student Reports like


Attendance, Scheme & programs reports and select report format as pdf, then click on “Generate
Marks reports then click on “Reports” and Report”.

open download Generated Reports popup
click on “close” button.
