ABSTRACT

This study will be conducted with the role of female Harassment Laws in Elementary Level in
Pakistan. This study will provide a useful account to measure future progress which might result
from the implementation of the new anti-sexual harassment legislation. The design will be
purposefully selected due to condition for collection and analysis data that is relevant to the
targeted population, data sources and instruments like questionnaire. The population will be
selected from different areas of Faisalabad. The sample from this population will be selected
randomly. Different schools of Dijkot will be selected for data collection and then interpreted
this data. The reliability was guaranteed by carrying out a pre- test of the questionnaire in a pilot
study with participants from targeted population; their comments will be incorporated in the final
version. Two different ways of analysing data will be used. First quantitative data will be
analysed using descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS and excel and presented as
percentages and figures, the percentage number of respondents according to descriptive
variables. It will be represented as frequency table. The final result will be discussed. The final
result will be provided more accurate information about sexual harassment at elementary school
level or work place. Organizational tolerance for sexually harassing behavior (e.g., failing to take
complaints seriously, failing to sanction perpetrators, or failing to protect complainants from
retaliation). Hierarchical and dependent relationships between faculty and their trainees (e.g.,
students, postdoctoral fellows, residents).

1.8 Research Methodology

Research methodology deals with the explanation of methods that were expected to be applied

in carrying out this research which includes research design, area of study, targeted population,

and sample size, data collection methods of data analysis and validity and reliability of the

study.

Population was selected from different areas of Faisalabad.
