II. TOPIC 1 – BACK to GOD

A. Tell the story of HOSEA and GOMER.

i. We are sinners but God still wants us to go back to him.

ii. Life is hard, tests do come, problems are allowed but God
is always with us.
iii. Blessings await when we always go back to Him. Share a
life testimony

B. The GREATEST COMMANDMENT – Matthew 22:37-40

i. Going BACK to GOD means LOVING GOD.

ii. Explain the PURPOSE OF MAN – to be united with God
thoughts, words and deeds.
iii. GOD gave His SON to PROVE that He LOVES us and we
should LOVE him back.
 C. ACTIVITY: What Is Your Image of GOD.
D. Sharing.

III. TOPIC 2 – TIME for SELF

A. Teach the ICE CREAM FOR SALE.

B. Sing I AM BEAUTIFUL, I AM LOVED
C. Time for SELF means LOVING yourself PHYSICALLY – Your Body
is the temple of the Holy Spirit.
D. Time for SELF means giving TIME to have FUN.
E. Time for SELF means giving TIME to REST.
F. Time for SELF means FOCUSING on your DREAMS and not let
others put you down.
G. Plot Twist: Read MATT 16:24-26 – This is how to LOVE YOURSELF

Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me,
let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. 25
For whoever would save his life[a] will lose it, but whoever
loses his life for my sake will find it. 26 For what will it profit a
man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what
shall a man give in return for his soul?
H. Explain the CONTRAST between the WORLD’S VIEW VERSUS
GOD’S VIEW.

yourself as JESUS did.

IV. TOPIC 3 - SACRIFICE for OTHERS

B. Explain the word sacrifice – putting others before yourself.
C. It all starts at HOME.
D. Explain the importance of experiencing DISCOMFORT for the
sake of others.
E. SACRIFICE teaches us to be HUMBLE.
F. SACRIFICE teaches us to be SIMPLE.
G. SACRIFICE teaches us to be LOVING.
H. SACRIFICE teaches us to be DISCIPLINED.
I. SACRIFICE can be HARD – but there is assurance of GOD’s LOVE
and PROMISE – He will be there. Sing I Will Be Here
