Introduction

I want to highlight in the introduction of this Academic Work; the importance of the English
language in daily communication in many countries worldwide, because this language is one
of the most spoken in the world.

During the development of this work I have been able to realize the importance of
communication in our daily life, and more when I live in a country like Italy where tourism is the
basis of the economy. In that aspect English is very important not only in Italy, but all over the
world.
