attendance of their children caused by absences, tardiness and especially
cutting of classes.

3. Informed and decided for the realization for the contribution of the proposed
needed facilities as HPTA Project for S. Y. 2018- 2019

Electric fans for the ventilation of the classroom


Cleaning materials for maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the
classroom.
 Repainting for the maintenance and beautification of the classroom.
 As agreed upon in the meeting, each student will pay the amount of
Php 150.00 as their contribution.
