TOPIC 1: TALK ABOUT THE WAYS OF REDUCING POLLUTION AT YOUR SCHOOL
Our school looks so dirty these days. And it’s time to save our school before it’s too late. There are
many ways of protecting the environment at our school.
Firstly, we should reduce and reuse the bottles, cans and plastic bags because they are hard to dissolve.
If we do so we can save energy and even make more money from selling those things.
Secondly, we should not throw trash on the schoolground because it doesn’t only cause pollution but
also do harm to our health and make us get sick.
Thirdly, We should make sure your lunch table is clean before you leave. Don’t leave milk cartons,
napkins, or pieces of food on your table. Push in your chairs as you leave the table, and remember to check the
floor to make sure you didn’t drop anything.
Finally, we should go to school or go to work by bike or public transport to reduce exhaust fumes and
save energy.
In conclusion, reducing pollution in our school means that we are improving the quality of our study
time.

TOPIC 2 TALK ABOUT AN ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY YOU WOULD LIKE TO VISIT

There are many famous english speaking countries in the world I would like to visit, but the the country
that I have always wanted to go but have not visited yet is Canada. I’ve been dreaming to visit there for more
than 2-3 years. Canada has lots of picturesque landscapes and it also has a varied culture.
Canada boasts that it is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. For example, Vancouver is
located right on the ocean, and there are enormous snow-tipped mountains surrounding the entire city. There are
a multitude of beautiful parks to walk through, and very nice beaches. Besides, all across the country there are
small, picturesque towns located on mountains and valleys. In general, Canada is an incredibly clean country,
which also helps its beauty.
Another reason I want to go there is to attend one of the universities there for my bachelor’s degree. I
think that it would be an excellent idea to go see the school, and perhaps even meet some of the professors that
teach the courses I am interested in. It would also be beneficial for me to meet other students.

Nowadays, smart phones play a major role in our lives, which generally brings many benefits to us.

contact easily with our friends and our relative wherever by calling or sending messages.
Secondly, the mobile phone is also a means of entertainment for people. We can listen to music and play
games on mobile phone. Moreover, by using the latest apps for smartphones , we can access to the internet to
watch Film and check our profile in social networks and update our status wherever we are.
Finally, Smartphone is a usefull device for education. If we have a smartphone in hand, our studying
becomes more effective because we can look up new words with the dictionary, find out many source of
reference on internet which is useful for studying.
For these reasons, a smartphone is a wonderful invention in modern life. It gives us great advantages.

TOPIC 4 WHAT ARE THE DISADVANTAGES OF USING SMART PHONES?

Generally, the smart phones will certainly bring about a lot of advantages that noone can deny. On the
other hand, it also offers many disadvantages.
Firstly, users become addicted to their smart phones so they depends on it, too. Moreover, the ability of
human communication is limited if the mobile phone is more present in some event such as class meetings, on
the bus, in the park…some people only focus on their phone without communicating.
Secondly, using smart phones too much will take people a lot of time. It not only influents on study
results, makes students distraction but also it cause of diseases about eyes.
Finally, using smart phones while driving cars is very dangerous. It makes drivers distracted and it can
lead to serious traffic accidents.
In brief, smart phones are necessary for our modern lives today. However it is helpful or not, that
depends on the ways we use them. It will be better if we use them with true purpose sand in an appropriate
time.

Technology has brought about a revolution in the modern world. It has made our lives easy and fast.
Technology has a made the world a global village. However technology is a double edged knife. Today I am
going to talk about the advantages of technology.
Firstly, technology helps faster. Traveling was time consuming since animals were being used as
vehicles. Now we have planes, trains an so on which has made our lives easy.
Secondly, we have made vast progress in the medical field too. Almost all vital organs can be
transplanted. This includes heart, liver, kidney, lungs etc. We also have advanced machines to perform various
operations.
Thirdly, technology brings us together. Just by sitting in our room we can see a person and speak to our
near and dear ones, no matter how far they are. Incidents that have happened anywhere in the world reach us
within seconds.
Lasty, technology can save our shopping time. We can even shop, book ticket, read books etc. sitting at
home. Things like fridge, microwave oven, AC etc. have made our lives easier.

Secondly, Technology makes children weak. Children are addicted to games on phones and laptops.
They have stopped playing outside. At a very young age, they have various diseases like diabetes, obesity,
blood pressure and so on.
Finally, Technology kills our friendship. There is less communication between people even our next
door neighbors. It is the cause of insensitive illness.
For short, Technology also has bad sides, so we are, as a new generation, let us make an promise that we
will use technology wisely as a means to progress and lead a healthy lifestyle. Thus we shall leave behind a
