IMPORTANCE OF FINANCIALINFORMATION
The financial information as well as analysis by indicators, are perhaps the most important
elements of any Company or Project because it allows us to know the economic reality of the
Company as well as it is evolution, trends giving to know not only the past if but also the future
of the business, allowing interested persons ( partners or shareholders, investors, financial
institutions etc.)take the best decisions posible.
BALANCE SHEET
The balance sheet is a financial statement showingin detail the assets, passives and
patrimony available to the BIOELYS Company for a period of three years.
The balance sheet allows us to know the financial situation of the Company (to show what
the value of it is assets, passives and patrimony ), analyse this information ( for example,
know how and where it has invested, how much of that money comes from creditors and
how much comes from own capital, how is efficiently using it is assets, how well it is
managing it is passives, etc.),and, based on that analysis, make decisions.

The Company has 9,234,234 to meet it is operating activities after meeting the short-term
liabilities.
The result 41.5% which means this percentage corresponds to creditors or suppliers, is an
average value that does not involve greater risks for the Company, but it is essential to prevent
reaches higher percentages, the monitoring the Company.
HOJA DE BALANCE
• El balance es un estado financiero que muestra en detalle los activos, pasivos y patrimonio
de que dispone la Compañía BIOELYS por un período de tres años.
• El balance nos permite conocer la situación financiera de la Compañía (para mostrar cuál es
su valor de activos, pasivos y patrimonio), analizar esta información (por ejemplo, saber cómo
y dónde ha invertido, cuánto de ese dinero Viene de los acreedores y cuánto proviene del
capital propio, cómo lo utiliza de manera eficiente es los activos, qué tan bien se está
manejando es pasivos, etc), y, sobre la base de ese análisis, tomar decisiones.
FLUJO DE FONDOS
Además de mostrar las entradas y salidas de efectivo, el flujo de caja nos permite saber si la
Compañía tiene un déficit o un superávit de efectivo, y por lo tanto, por ejemplo.
• Determinar cuánto podemos comprar mercancía.
• Determinar si es posible comprar dinero en efectivo o si es necesario o preferible solicitar
crédito.
• Determinar si es necesario o preferible cobrar efectivo o conceder préstamos.
• Determinar si es posible pagar deudas a la misma es la fecha de vencimiento o se debe
obtener refinanciación o nueva financiación.
• Determine si tiene suficiente dinero sobrante para invertir, por ejemplo, en la adquisición de
maquinaria nueva.
• Determinar si se aumenta la disponibilidad, por ejemplo, para una posible oportunidad de
inversión.

cumplir con los pasivos a corto plazo.
NIVEL DE INDEBTITNESS = TOTAL PASIVO / TOTAL ACTIVO.
El resultado 41,5%, lo que significa que este porcentaje corresponde a acreedores o
proveedores, es un valor medio que no implica mayores riesgos para la Compañía, pero es
imprescindible evitar que alcances mayores porcentajes, el seguimiento de la Empresa.
