SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, the Heirs of Spouses Romulo G. Valle and Juana O. Valle, as represented by our brother, hereby name,
appoint and constitute our brother, Romulo O. Valle to be our true and lawful attorney, to act on our behalf and
in our names, to execute and perform all or any of the following acts, deeds, matters and things, in connection
with the Loyola Memorial plots in the name of our father, specifically described as follows to wit:

“Garden of Prayer, Section D, Block 0324, LOTS, A, B, C, D, Loyola Memorial Park Marikina
City”

1. To permit our niece Amabel V. Sinfuego and/or her husband Alain Keith P. Sinfuego, to
facilitate the process to inter/bury our late brother, Adrian O. Valle using said lots.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and authority to do and perform all
and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing powers, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
