Benefits Of Exercising Response

“Don’t find fault, find remedy” is a quote from John Wooden one of the greatest

basketball coaches of all time. People are always looking for the best way to stay in shape. They

do hours of research trying to find the perfect diet to suit their needs, but give up as soon as the

newest fad diet fails to work. What if I told you that the number one key ingredient in keeping in

good shape and health was not a diet at all. The best way to stay healthy and inshape is to have a

consistent and thorough exercise plan. With every new diet that people try out, the constant

factor in the diet working is an exercise program.

There are an abundance of benefits that people get from exercising on consistent basis.

Some of these benefits according to Healthline.com include but are not limited to: better sleep

quality, healthy bones and joints, reduced risk of disease, and a raise in confidence level. Those

are just some of the many benefits that you can get from exercising. Exercising does not only

gives you a large amount of physical benefits, it provides many social benefits as well. If you

decide to join a gym you can meet people with similar aspirations as yourself. Working out also

releases endorphins which make you a happier person overall. These are some of the many

benefits you can get from working out.

In conclusion, Working out is one of the best choices that you can make for the overall

health of your body. It is a great way to continue to improve yourself along with meeting some

awesome people and creating lifelong friendships. Working out has played a big role in my life

because it gives me a place to go and blow off steam along with providing a place for me to get

stronger. The next time you consider quitting try to remember this quote by Confucius, “our

greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising everytime you fall”.
Rationale

This was one of the very first constructed responses that I wrote in this class. Obviously

it was a tad bit rough because I had not written many constructed responses in a correct fashion

like Mrs. McFadden required us to. This would end up serving as a big stepping stone for the

abundance of writing assignments that we would have later down the road of this course. I

enjoyed doing this assignment because I got to talk about health, something that I am very

passionate about and have done a lot of research. With the constant practice and knowledge that

were drilled into our heads when doing constructed responses, by the end we are pros at writting

them.
