often arises in each individual, because in the face of retirement there is a sense of worry where the
individual must leave his job Although a person's reaction to retirement can be different, but the most
obvious impact in daily life is a reduced amount of family income The research entitled The Effect of
Anxiety Facing Retirement in Private Employees and Civil Servants in Penyaring Village has a problem
statement on how anxiety faces retirement in private employees and civil servants in the filtering village.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of anxiety on retirement. This research is a
qualitative study. research is an employee who will retire. This study uses a snowball sampling technique
that uses research subjects as many as 5 people. The results of this study indicate that there are
anxieties to five subjects before retirement. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of
anxiety facing retirement in private employees and civil servants. Keywords: Employee Retirement
