and long term future within the industry?

Short term- thinning of profit margins, high attrition rate of staff, lack of quality
personnel

Long term- updating to global standard i.e. lag in time and exposure to limited works

term and long term future.

Short term- improved training and innovative incentive scheme, reduced overhead and
improvement in bottom line.
