Activity Description : To showcase the talents in teaching and to
develop a sense of professional efficacy, a commitment to high standards for all
students, and the habits of mind of a good teacher including the habits of reflective
practice, continuous improvement, and lifelong learning through this event.

Core Values :
 Values absolute integrity and honesty with his/her job
role and responsibility.
 It is a responsibility of a teacher to stay updated in
order to prepare student for all the upcoming changes
in the society and world.
 Teachers are responsible in overall development of
society via the education he/she passes to students to
build educated, capable manpower.
 Teachers also need to have respect and responsibility
towards students.
 To build a harmonious relationship with everybody.
 Objectives :
 To enhance the competency and quality of the teacher
education department of Northwestern Visayan Colleges
through a Demo - Teaching Contest.
 To organize a competition as part of the 71 st Foundation
Day and College Festival of NVC that will showcase
academic excellence among student teachers in the College
of Education.
